Myanmar's traditional dress deserves to be recognized for what it truly is. Presenting Burmese traditional clothing as Thai traditional attire is misleading and disrespectful to Myanmar's cultural heritage. Every culture deserves proper recognition, and our traditions should never be misrepresented. Please respect our culture and acknowledge its true origins. 🇲🇲

I’m not defending anyone. As a foreigner and a P’Fon fan, I initially thought the costumes were Thai and found them beautiful. But I saw Others asked GMMTV for culture clarification. Dragging real people’s war, migration, and political suffering into that discussion is low blow👎🏼

Did you just take two years to come out with other country's costumes without credit? What a shame.... Show some Respect!

When Myanmar people make mistakes, GMM takes legal action and demands video apologies. Yet when our cultural heritage is appropriated, you turn a blind eye. This is unfair. Take responsibility and address this issue!

@ilovetutyyy @KhaingChaw23 It's not something that should asked permission particularly from someone.

[Y (Lili's Koala🐨❄) @Y42636851]

@ilovetutyyy No because that's obviously Thai's clothes. But this is ancient Myanmar's costumes not all people knows about it that's why we're demanding credit
