Year 5 have had such a fascinating morning visiting St George's Hall and the Liverpool Library. We learned how the Victorian period linked to both buildings as well as exploring Victorian and Space archives! @StAnnesLiv@StGeorgesHallLV#historystannes
Thanks Ciara at the Peace Collective for our workshop today. We have been discussing and addressing issues such as age restrictions on what we play and watch as well as understanding that not everything we watch is true. @StAnnesLiv
How do we show care? In PSHE, Fir class used circle time to reflect and voice how we care in different aspects of our lives with the key takeaway, we should take equal amounts of care in all we do. @StAnnesLiv
We came together with both Year 4 classes as part of a simple act for World Refugee week. Year 4 shared fantastic journey narratives with us, then we worked in our partners and presented what essentials a refugee may need.
@StAnnesLiv
Now time to celebrate with our friends! Thank you to all of those who prepared our wonderful children to receive the Eucharist! @StAnnesLiv@StAnneStBernard#REstannes
A huge thank you to @whisperedtales1 for coming in and presenting their Refugee narrative and discussing why it is important to welcome and help those in need. @StAnnesLiv
