I’ve hesitated directly sharing this — outside of a couple RTs — because that’s how I’ve handled it when I’ve been on lists in the past.
But I just remembered that kids in elementary school would make fun of me for having a Time Magazine in my backpack https://t.co/sy6IK0NlTl
One of Trump's closed door meetings Wednesday was with Marc Thiessen, a White House speechwriter for President George W. Bush, who is a hawkish voice on Iran and has been critical of VP JD Vance -- and vice versa. Trump and Thiessen had a generalized conversation, although Iran came up. They'd met previously, with the VP in the room. Thiessen, who is unpopular with Trump's base, doesn't appear to be in the press secretary running, I'm told. @CBSNews
This is great news during a very sad week.
I’m so glad to see that the State of Tennessee and the Nashville Airport Authority are moving swiftly to rename Nashville’s airport after Dolly Parton.
Airport codes are very rarely changed after an airport is renamed, but I hope they make an exception in this case so I can say, “Take me to DPI!”
UPDATE
DHS has posted a photo of Milo Yiannopoulos in ICE detention and says that he entered the United States legally in 2019 and overstayed.
His overstaying his visa is something Laura Loomer has been posting about since late 2024.
Milo Yiannopoulos deserves full due process, and like everyone else, should not be subject to abusive conditions in detention. But he appears to be reaping what he has sowed, so I can't find myself sympathetic.

Special thanks to CNN producer and friend Harry Hullah for finding this gem from my 2013 ABC News interview with Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, marking the 30th anniversary of #islandsinthestream. Can’t believe they’re both gone. True legends 💔🎶
