Dialling 999 for an Ambulance will not get seen quicker at A&E. You will be seen in priority order with the most critical patients first. You still wait as all other patients have to be seen.

On the #NHS’s 73rd Birthday, I’d also like to thank and remember those colleagues who passed away in the line of duty due to #COVID19. The incredible sacrifice they made for not only their patients & colleagues but also their families. 💚 #Heroes #OneTeam @YorksAmbulance
