What happens with birdsong after introduction? To answer this #citizenscience project looks for volunteers to record #yellowhammer songs in New Zealand and UK.
@GmusicV XlB indeed, Gavin. What a nice recording. He switches to different set of initial syllables in the second part and stops finishing the song. Will you send me the wav file over? It would be nice to see the details. Great collection of other bird recordings, btw!
What sound would you like to be broadcasted from Mars? Would it be a yellowhammer song? :) An interesting project by @Vesmir1871. https://t.co/7AMCgjMhI7
Since 2017, https://t.co/FoH7pC230i and consequently @naturewatchnz allow to upload sounds to observations. There have already been made two recordings of yellowhammer songs in New Zealand since then, one of which is finished. A nice XlB dialect ;-) https://t.co/EsOR1QFX8L
This research helped our project too, by giving us recordings with yellowhammer songs. We are really grateful for that. Thank you! https://t.co/Io4epKehIQ
