If I hear another Boomer conservative bitching about Gen Z ordering DoorDash I’m going to become a communist. It’s true their grandparents always cooked homemade meals. But that’s because grandma stayed at home and grandpa had a union job and nobody could reach him after 5. They had a house with a full kitchen and 3 kids by 25. Meanwhile half of Gen Z men are forced to compete with the entire population of South America for some 12 hour long shift HVAC job that barely pays the rent. They’re 30 and nobody cooks for them because they can’t find any women who’ll marry them when they can’t even afford a starter home in the ghetto. If you find this totally unbelievable, please understand that Prager is giving the official answer according to Jewish ethics. Under Rabbinical teaching, sin requires a victim, a "chavero," to whom restitution must be paid. Christian ethics teach that every sin is ultimately against God. Rabbinic Jews deny this. Sin is bad not because it is inherently immoral to Jews; rather, it is only inherently immoral if it causes lasting real-world harm to a specific person.

That's why molesting a girl under 3 carries no punishment under Halakha (Jewish Sharia), because - I kid you not - the hymen has time to grow back (Ketbot 11b): "intercourse with a girl less than three years old is tantamount to poking a finger into the eye. In the case of an eye, after a tear falls from it another tear forms to replace it. Similarly, the ruptured hymen of the girl younger than three is restored."

No harm, no foul.

The Christian belief on this issue is gleaned from King David, who, after cheating with the skank, Bathsheba, and murdering her husband, prayed, "Against thee, and thee only have I sinned." And it's taken from Jesus in Matthew 5, who taught that lust in the heart is counted by God as adultery. Rabbinic Judaism categorically denies that "lust in the heart" ("yetzer hara”) is a sin at all (Tosefta Peah 1:4), and in fact can even be a good thing.

Rabbinic Judaism is basically a legal system, more than a system of ethics, in which loopholes are found to excuse immoral behavior. They're not studying the Talmud to learn how to please God or be conformed unto His image. They're studying to learn what they can get away with, and how much.

I'll give you an example: Remember David, cited above? The rabbis absolve David of any sin at all. Shabbat 56a says David didn't actually sin because of two legal technicalities: soldiers going to war left conditional writs of divorce with their wives, making Bathsheba not technically a married woman at the moment of the affair, and that Uriah had committed "an act of insubordination" against the king (not having sex with her) punishable by death, making his killing a lawful execution rather than murder.

That's how Jews do ethics. In the Talmud. Finding loopholes to contradict even David himself in order to absolve their ancestor of sin. So what Prager says here is standard fare for Jewish ethics:

1. There has to be a victim to pay restitution, or it isn't sin
2. Sins against God don't count.
3. Lustful desires, or any other sinful desire, aren't a sin unless acted upon
4. Because they deny the Imago Dei, not all sins against all people are equal anyway. Hymens can grow back, after all.

There is no concept in Jewish ethics of something being right or wrong because God hates it, because it is contrary to His righteous standards, or because it's innately perverse.

Dennis Prager is not being a unique pervert in this clip. He's not being extraordinarily amoral. He's being Jewish. And everything you've been told about Judeo-Christian ethics is a lie.

They aren't living contrary to Jewish ethics. They ARE Jewish ethics. And Dennis Prager demonstrates that.
