I paid ₹319 twice for Telegram Premium via Google Play (UPI–PhonePe). Both times the gateway first showed payment successful and then an error. Amount debited twice, auto-mandate active, but no Premium received.
Please refund my money
@GooglePlay I’ve already contacted your email support, but I still haven’t received any solution. ₹319 was debited twice for Telegram Premium, yet Google Payments shows “No activity yet”, so I’m being asked for a GPA order ID that doesn’t exist. I’m stuck with no refund and no subscription

One of my favorite lessons I’ve learnt from working with smart people:
Action produces information. If you’re unsure of what to do, just do anything, even if it’s the wrong thing. This will give you information about what you should actually be doing.
Sounds simple on the surface - the hard part is making it part of your every day working process.
Did a recharge via @Paytm on 11th June at 12:59 AM — money deducted but no recharge received. Paytm says contact @reliancejio, Jio’s useless AI won’t connect me to their customer care. Terrible support from both. Uninstalling Paytm & porting my Jio SIM. Fix this now ASAP
