@IHGhotels Intercontinental Athens hotel AC is so bad that it ruined my vacation. I never have sleep issues in hotels unless the AC is too warm. They said it is their policy to not let customers turn AC below 20C but thermostat was inaccurate - it felt more like 25C

@ColtonCarlyle @AmericanAir It was a 777 flight and I pay extra in order to not have wait for a baggage claim. Most importantly, the overhead bins were empty but for some reason they sometimes lie and say they’re are full just to annoy customers

I’m at JFK boarding an AA flight. I paid for extra for a seat upfront and boarded after my boarding group. There is plenty of room on the plane yet they are making me check my bag at the gate despite needing the items on the bag due to medical condition. Insane @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir No the team lied. They claimed no bag space when there is space. This happens a lot. We must stop the lying and scamming of paying loyal passengers

@JetBlue Website wasn't letting me change or cancel my refundable flight online. In the time it took to get someone from jetblue's customer service chat portal to respond, the price went up. Sounds like I'm paying a fine for something that is the fault of Jetblue's technology
