YHG were given a guided tour of L6 Community Centre on the 11th July. We saw the Food/Baby Bank, Youth Room, School Uniform Shop & delivery vehicle. Plans are afoot for the L6 Centre to put on an Afternoon Tea at Millachip Court supported by our OPS and Money Advice @L6Community

4th July 2023 Canal Court High Rise Site Safety Walk took place with local staff members and a resident representative to ensure that high standards of safety are maintained at the site.

Grove Your Own project this year we have growning Pumpkins, Thyme, Potatoes, strawberries, Gooseberries, Carrots, tomatoes, Radishes, Peas, Rocket Lettuce, Broccoli, Basil, Swede and sage. All produce will be given out to the community once harvest @YHG_Community @MCCArdwick

The Marybone Food Club Steering Group met in April 2023 for its quarterly meeting at Adlington House in Liverpool City Centre. Its has been a successful first six months with plans for reinvestment into member cookery classes to help make meals from scratch coming soon
