There’s footage showing Russians erasing the right bank of the Kherson region from temporarily occupied Nova Kakhovka.
There are no military targets. Russians are shelling people’s homes for the sake of destruction and death. It’s genocide!
These four families were killed by russia. Entire families — wiped out in their homes, in their towns, across Ukraine.
This is not a “war” - it is genocidal terrorism. Its aim is simple: to erase the Ukrainian people.
🕯️🇺🇦20-year-old Angelina Martynyuk, Senior Sergeant and commander of the reconnaissance section of the reconnaissance platoon of the mechanized battalion of the 155th Mechanized Brigade. She was killed on July 26, 2025, while performing a combat mission near Pokrovsk.
Sincere condolences to her family and relatives.
Rest in peace 🕊️
Rescuers have recovered the body of another victim from the rubble of a residential building in Kramatorsk, bringing the death toll to 6.
On July 31st, Russians struck the building, causing a portion of it to collapse.
A younger brother came to visit his older brother who died defending Ukraine.
He gave his life so that others could live.
This is the reality of russia’s war. Behind every headline and statistic is a broken family, a stolen childhood, a future cut short.
Yet even in this grief there is something unbreakable. The younger brother will grow up knowing the meaning of sacrifice, courage, and love for his country.
Eternal memory to all who gave their lives for Ukraine. Eternal strength to those who continue the fight.
Marharyta Pobilets’ home was destroyed during a russian attack on Kyiv. Her family was unharmed, but 27 of her neighbors were killed. This tragedy — like the war in Ukraine — concerns everyone; a terrifying 21st century reality for people in the heart of Europe.
"This is no different from other terrorists. ISIS and the Russian army have a common goal: to turn people's lives into ruin."
Zelenskyy - April 5, 2022

If you cried over some random Russian soldier getting drone-striked, but stayed silent when a one-year-old toddler was murdered in Russia's ongoing 'human safari' civilian-hunting campaign in Kherson, then I would kindly ask you to reconsider your existence on this planet.
Thank you once again, @nypost, for becoming a strong voice of truth and justice about russia's horrific crimes. Your words matter — they can literally help save many our lives. Peace through strength means pressure on the savage aggressor.
