"We want every Texas voter to know their rights and ensure that every legally cast ballot is properly secured and counted.
If you experience an issue, do not leave the polling location until you have personally deposited your ballot into the scanner or designated emergency ballot bin. ‼️Democrat County Commissioner Tried to Count Unlawful Ballots in 2024‼️

Commissioner Diane Marseglia stated, “Precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country & people violate laws anytime they want.

So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.”

A sitting democrat commissioner — who’s in charge of Bucks County’s elections — said she’s willing to violate laws.

Diane Marseglia must recuse herself from serving on the election board.

Who is sitting to her right? Democrat Commissioner Bob Harvie is running for Congress in PA01.

Does it not concern any of you that one democrat said she’s willing to violate laws & the other is the democrat candidate (who sat in silence)?
