Dear Airtel, your WiFi service is bad but your customer support IVR is even worse.

The issue isn't a platform. It's the people leaking the papers and the systems failing to secure them.

Requesting Apple India to step in and provide a fair resolution —
Warranty exception / goodwill repair / replacement.

Forcing customers to pay huge amounts for defects is not acceptable.

Bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max on 28 Oct 2025 for ~₹1.5 lakh.
Phone is in pristine condition — no scratches, no dents, no drops.

The issue is I had 20 rare Hot Wheels in my cart all in one shot and lost them purely due to non-serviceability. And it stayed like that through the day this is not done 😓
