या प्रकरणात उपलब्ध माहितीनुसार 16 संरचना कारवाईसाठी निश्चित करण्यात आल्या होत्या. त्यापैकी 12 कुटुंबांनी समुपदेशनानंतर स्वेच्छेने जागा रिकामी केली.

यावरून किमान एवढं स्पष्ट होतं की सर्व कुटुंबांवर एकाच प्रकारे कारवाई झालेली नाही. जिथे संवादातून मार्ग निघाला तिथे जागा स्वेच्छेने रिकामी करण्यात आली.

म्हणून उर्वरित प्रकरणांकडेही संपूर्ण प्रक्रियेच्या संदर्भात पाहिलं पाहिजे.
