At HOME3, we’re constantly exploring new ways to elevate property search and management experience. While we can’t reveal everything just yet, here’s a little teaser of what’s brewing behind the scenes:

🔸️ Smarter AI Insights: We’re working on a cutting-edge AI framework that will bring contextual awareness to property data. Imagine an AI that not only provides results but understands why those results matter to you, pulling data from public sources and premium providers like market analysis and climate risk reports.

🔸️ Document Smarts: Our AI is being trained to interact with documents in powerful new ways. It can already summarize and analyze PDFs, but we’re experimenting with features like filling in contracts and generating polished, professional documents directly from user input.

🔸️ AI-Driven Support: Behind the scenes, we’re developing an in-house AI agent that could revolutionize how we handle customer support. From answering inquiries about specific properties to scheduling tours on your behalf, the future of seamless communication is closer than you think.

Dynamic searches along with more updates will go live next week, with our AI agent’s first iteration launching in about 3 weeks just in time for community beta testing.

The #HOME3 app is introducing an enhanced #AI Market Analysis feature for each property, providing users with more detailed insights.

The update includes visual graphs and additional property data, helping users estimate potential monthly and yearly earnings from both short-term and long-term rentals, along with an estimate of how long it would take to recoup the property's value.

We're also expanding the analysis to include climate risk factors.

Additionally, users will be able to compare their property’s rental ROI against similar properties in the area. This update will be available next week.
