Today we remember Constable Edward Holdsworth who paid the ultimate price on May 15, 1966. While responding to a motor vehicle collision, Cst. Holdsworth approached the vehicle and tripped over one of the electrified wires hidden in tall grass and died as a result. #HeroesInLife

Shelley Atkinson and Nancy MacDonald have suffered unimaginable loss: both lost their husbands in the line of duty. Their shared experience brought them together, and through Survivors of Law Enforcement (SOLE), they have discovered the power of community, healing, and supporting others who walk the same difficult path. 💙

Following @HeroesInLife Ceremony of Remembrance we honoured Constable Gerald F. Mills of Whitchurch Township Police who gave his life in the line of duty on May 29, 1968. This memorial bench stands as a lasting symbol of service, sacrifice and a place to reflect on his legacy.
Today, at the @HeroesInLife Ceremony of Remembrance, our members stood together in honour of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
As we reflect on these moments, we remain steadfast in our commitment to ensuring their memory is never forgotten.
