很多人現在一講到 AI，第一個反應就是：這個東西要怎麼拿來賺錢？

所以也很容易延伸出兩種很常見的心情。

第一種：覺得如果自己沒有要靠 AI 賺錢，那 AI 好像就不干自己的事。
第二種：已經開始用了，可是發現自己還沒賺到錢，然後就會變得很焦慮。

但它本質上就是一個工具而已。

你要不要使用，就看你有沒有需求。
你開始使用，也不一定是因為你有一個多偉大的目標，很多時候就只是因為好奇。

就像以前大家開始用 YouTube，也不是因為一開始就在想我要怎麼靠 YouTube 賺錢，很多人只是覺得，原來這個東西可以發影片看影片很有趣。
Facebook 也是，大家剛開始用的時候，也不會先想說我要怎麼變現，更多時候只是覺得，這個東西好像可以拿來記錄生活、看看朋友在幹嘛。

AI 對我來說其實也很像這樣。

它不是一個一出現，你就必須立刻想清楚商業模式的東西，也不是一個如果你現在還沒賺到錢，就代表你落後了、用錯了、沒跟上的東西。

它其實就是一個很中性的工具。

我就直接分享自己一個小案例。

但也因為它很小，我反而覺得它很適合拿來講。因為它剛好讓我很明確地感受到，AI 不一定要先拿來賺錢，它也可以先很單純地幫你把生活裡一件很煩的小事處理好。

我女兒有三位保母，平日假日和白天晚上的安排都不太一樣，而她們有時候會突然請假，有時候又會突然改天來補。

所以我常常會遇到一個很瑣碎、但又真的很煩的問題：

今天到底有沒有保母？
如果有，是哪一位？
這個月薪水有沒有算錯？

這種事情乍聽很小，但只要你生活中同時有很多事情在跑，這種小事其實很容易一直消耗腦力。

你不是不會記，你只是很容易在某個瞬間突然混亂。
然後就要開始往回想，等一下，A 是不是說她這天不來？還是後來 B 有補？那星期六那個有沒有改？

我一開始最陽春的做法，其實很簡單。

我就直接把 ChatGPT 當成一個記錄的地方。

例如保母 A 跟我說她禮拜四不會來，我就直接記進去，後來如果 B 保母又說她禮拜四可以補，我就再補一句，等到我哪天突然忘記今天到底有沒有保母，我就回頭直接問它。

沒有什麼厲害的系統，也沒有什麼很炫的應用。 但老實說，光是這樣，我就已經覺得有差了。因為它幫我接住了一塊我原本要一直放在腦袋裡的東西。

那種感覺不是「哇，我的人生被顛覆了」，而是比較像： 原來這種小事，也可以不用每次都靠自己硬記。

後來我開始接觸 vibe coding 之後，我就更進一步把這件事做成自己的小工具。

因為我本來就很習慣用手寫記事本記很多東西。
這一週要幹嘛、下週要幹嘛、一些雜事、一些突然想到的事，我都會寫。

可是手寫記事本有個很麻煩的地方，就是不好改。

事情一變動，你就要一直塗、一直改。
而且人如果剛好在外面，沒有帶那本本子，你就看不到，也補不了。
很多生活上的安排，其實不是那種可以很工整地一週寫好就永遠不變的，它常常是動態的，一直在改。

所以我後來就乾脆做了一個自己的記事本。

但它其實不只是記事本，比較像是一個完全照我自己的需求量身定制的工作台。
我想看什麼，我就放什麼。
我想怎麼排，我就怎麼排。
它不是為了給所有人用，它就是 for 我自己。

裡面最基本的，當然就有保母安排。
除了保母以外，我也把很多自己的東西放進去。

像是運動。
我會記錄這個月運動了幾天，做了哪些運動。

像是看書。
我會記自己看了哪些書，有沒有什麼小心得，然後它也可以幫我統計這個月大概看了幾本。

還有一些很生活的小事。
像是電梯要保養、要訂機票、今天吃了什麼、跟誰去聚餐，我也都會順手記進去。

甚至連文章這件事，我也整合進去了。

因為我平常本來就喜歡寫東西，也常常會突然冒出一些靈感。
所以我裡面也做了文章庫跟靈感庫。
想到什麼標題，我就先丟進去。
哪些是草稿、哪些是待發、哪些是已發，也都可以整理在裡面。

所以做到後來，它已經不是單純的工作工具了。
它比較像是一個承接我生活的地方。

工作、生活、紀錄、靈感，全部混在一起。
而且最重要的是，它是照我的需求去客製化的。

這件事情帶給我的感覺很好。

因為你會發現，原來 AI 不一定要先幫你做出一個很厲害、很偉大的東西。
它可以僅僅是先幫你把生活裡一個小小的卡點解決掉。

你不用一開始就想著，我是不是要做 SaaS、我要不要創業、我要怎麼變現、為什麼別人都已經賺到錢了我還沒有。

有時候，AI 最先帶來的價值，可能根本不是收入。
而是它先幫你減少混亂。
先幫你省下一點腦力。
先幫你把那些原本一直散落的東西，集中到一個你真的會用、也找得到的地方。

我覺得這其實很像大家以前開始接觸其他網路工具的過程。

你一開始不一定是帶著功利目的去用的。
你可能只是先玩玩看，先試試看，先感受一下它能不能幫到你。
如果它有幫到你，你就會慢慢開始用。
如果它沒有，你就先放著。

AI 也可以是這樣。

真的不需要把它想得太重。
也不需要因為自己還沒用它賺到錢，就開始焦慮。

因為它本來就不是只有「能不能賺錢」這一種價值。

它也可以只是很簡單地，在某個地方幫你一把。
幫你整理一點混亂，幫你把原本卡住的小事，變得沒有那麼煩。

不是每一個工具，都一定要幫你變現，才叫有用。 有些工具的價值，就是讓你活得比較輕鬆一點而已。

怎麼度過熊市？

這個問題講得好像牛市跟熊市，是人生很大的分隔線。

行情好不好，確實會影響資產數字，
但市場只是背景。

事業還是在推進，
孩子每天都在長大，
關係要經營、身體要顧，
想去的地方、想做的事，也不會因為市場轉弱就自動消失。

只是熊市的時候，大家特別容易被拉進同一個問題裡打轉，
每天盯著價格、消息、情緒，
彷彿只要市場沒好起來，其他事情都暫停。

但一年還是會過去。
不管是牛市還是熊市。

今年快結束了，
回頭看才發現，真正留下痕跡的，
往往不是某一段行情，
而是那些你確實花了時間的地方。

所以比起問「怎麼熬過熊市」，
我覺得應該問：
這一年，我到底是怎麼過的？
有沒有把時間放在重要的人身上，
有沒有為自己累積一些有意義的東西。
下一年，我想把注意力放在哪裡？

該準備年末回顧和新年規劃了！

《一段 15 個月前的黃仁勳影片，為什麼今天變成比特幣的宣傳？》

昨天滑社群媒體的時候，大家可能都滑到了一段被瘋傳的短影片。

內容只有幾秒鐘，是 NVIDIA 執行長黃仁勳說：「比特幣可以把過剩能源轉換成可移動的貨幣，你可以隨心所欲地攜帶它。」

配合最近的市場行情，這種片段非常容易被大眾解讀成——「連 AI 教父都在看好比特幣，你還不買嗎？」

老實說，我一開始也只是順手轉發到群組，覺得內容蠻有意思。直到今天早上，我有空想去找原始訪談來對比一下脈絡，結果查完後，才發現原來自己也可能活在「楚門的世界」。

一、 最讓我害怕的是——我也被設定好了

我點進去查原始來源，才發現那段訪談發生在 2024 年 9 月。從現在 2025 年 12 月 算起，已經是 15 個月前的舊新聞。

這段訪談在當初發布時，並非針對「投資行情」的分析，卻在一年多後的今天，被重新剪輯、重新包裝、精準地餵給市場。就像《楚門的世界》裡那些預先排練好的臨演，彷彿它是「黃仁勳針對當下行情做出的最新力挺」。

而我昨天就像大家一樣，完全沒有去確認日期，直接把這段「過期但真實」的資訊，當成了「正在發生」的內容來解讀。這種感覺其實蠻可怕的——不是因為這條新聞本身的真假，而是因為這種「虛擬真實」的操縱，竟然這麼輕易就發生在我們身邊。

二、 原始訪談在講什麼？它是一場「能源課」，而非「報牌課」

黃仁勳談論的是宏觀的技術邏輯：

- AI 資料中心如何重新塑造全球能源需求。
- 偏遠地區無法運輸的「過剩電力」，如何透過計算轉化為數位資產實現「移動性」。

在那場長達一小時的對話裡，比特幣只是一個證明「能源可以被數位化運輸」的技術案例，黃仁勳講的是能源基礎設施與熱力學邏輯。

然而，被剪成 20 秒後，脈絡消失了，瞬間變成了：「黃仁勳公開支持比特幣！」
這就是碎片化資訊最恐怖的地方——它不需要說謊，也能讓你產生巨大的誤解。

三、 真正讓我震驚的是：我們根本不知道誰在執導

這段剪輯是誰最開始推的？他為什麼選在這個時候，重新拋出這顆「過期糖果」？我們全部都不知道。

但卻已經看到結果：片段被瘋傳、情緒被帶動、大眾自動腦補成想相信的樣子。這讓我意識到：未來許多看似「真實」的資訊，其實都只是在某個特定目的下，被精準執導出來的碎片。

然而我們每天吸收資訊的速度太快。只要一個剪輯、一個片段，就能建構起一個「看似合理的世界」。這比假新聞還危險——因為它是真的，只是被放錯了時間、抽離了背景。 而這種片段的真實最容易讓人毫無戒心。

Sad to see Polypaths come to an end — but what an incredible journey it’s been. There’s so much to celebrate about this drop.

- First and foremost, huge credit to @IOivm for conceptualizing, designing, and building such a remarkable algorithm. Your dedication to understanding nature and translating that into generative art is truly unmatched. The breadth of this algorithm is immense, yet the outputs feel remarkably cohesive.

- The artwork itself showcases some of the best qualities of code-based generative art — thoughtful use of randomness, interactive elements both during the drawing experience and when viewing pieces through URL parameters, and subtle animations (which I imagine would look stunning in a VR headset).

- The marketplace mechanics also worked beautifully. The combination of collector curation and the seed marketplace allowed people to deeply explore the algorithm and mint pieces that resonated with them.

- And I wouldn’t be surprised if @chilltulpa played a key role as the gardener. The decision to slow down the minting cadence (1 burn per 10 minutes instead of 1 per minute) gave collectors time to explore, reflect, view others’ mints, and refine their choices — a small change that had a big impact.

A huge thank you as well to @GalerieMet for bringing this project into the world and making it so accessible. Offering a work of this depth and quality at such an affordable price is rare, and it speaks volumes about your values and commitment to the community. This kind of thoughtful curation and support makes a real difference.

In the end, Polypaths felt like a true collaboration between artist, gardener, platform, code, collectors, and thoughtful minting mechanics. A standout example of what’s possible in this space — and a model for future drops to learn from and aspire to.

These past ten days have been the most focused—and most distracted—I’ve ever been.

I’m not great at multitasking. For the past two years, my life has revolved around just two things: my family, and generative art. In fact, Polypaths began even earlier than Equinox, but due to some delays, it couldn’t launch last year. Now, it’s finally found its moment.

This isn’t a side hustle. It’s not a weekend project.
This is the only thing I do. I’ve poured everything into it.
To be honest, I don’t have anything more to give.

One collector wrote to me this week. He said he’d spend his days working, evenings with his kids, and all the in-between hours planting seeds.He said it felt like a quiet journey—sometimes like a time warp.I was really moved.

When I first spoke with @chilltulpa about this project, I told him, “I can live with whatever sales outcome, as long as people can feel the energy in this work.”He didn’t just understand—he made it better. He extended the mint window so collectors could explore more.That kind of artistic judgment and follow-through? Top tier.

@verse_works gave Polypaths the right kind of home, and @GalerieMet brought it into the real world—where it will appear this August, in Berlin.

For the exhibition, I’ll be creating ten new pieces based on Polypaths, curated from my own perspective. A mirror to the paths you all walked during these ten days.This has been a journey. And not just mine, but ours.
To everyone who planted a seed: thank you. You gave life to the system.

This is everything I have.And right now, it’s the best journey I could ask for.
