UIT Bharatpur had launched residential scheme -13 in Oct 2018, it got delayed by 8 months and now this scheme has been canceled by UIT without giving any reason and now officials are saying that refund can not be processed due to stay @ShantiDhariwal @ashokgehlot51 @DainikBhaskar
