My account has been cancelled by @audibleuk and despite 6 phone calls, endless emails and hours of my time my problem has still not been resolved. Hundreds of pounds spent on books I can’t now access. The customer service helpline is absolutely inept.

@audiblesupport I’ve called your helpline 9 times spending about 4 hours in the process and sent about 6 emails which have been answered with no solutions. This is atrocious customer service. I don’t think your helpline helps at all.
