REVEALING JESUS: THE MANDATE OF REFORMATION (THE JOURNEY BEYOND REVIVAL)

Reformation is the process of utilising the grace of God, alongside the power of structured mentorship, to transform the Believer and the Church at large into a force of change and transformation within society.

There is often an overlap in our understanding of revival, sometimes treating it as a substitute for reformation. But while revival is restorative, seeking to bring us back to the state and order God intended, reformation is transformative; an upgrade that moves us forward into God’s intended purpose.

When the mandate of revival is effectively executed, it births hunger and consecration. But when ordinary Christians are transformed into change agents, leaders, and solutions to the challenges of their world, it is evidence that the mandate of reformation has been successfully executed.

A wholistic revelation of Jesus Christ to our world requires the Church to embrace revival while discipling and equipping Believers to become reformation-conscious-believers who are spiritually sound, equipped, and valuable to their world.

Revival restores. Reformation transforms. The journey does not end with revival; it continues into reformation.
