"Without facts you can't have truth. Without truth you can't have trust. Without trust we have no shared reality, no democracy, and it becomes impossible to deal with the existential problems of our times."
"What happens on social media doesn't stay on social media. Online violence is real world violence."
"Lies laced with anger and hate spread faster and further than facts."
"We need information ecosystems that live and die by facts."
"Imagine the world as it should be. A world of peace, trust, and empathy. Bringing out the best that we can be."
I would implore everyone seeing this, including myself, to consider 3 things before they post something political in this moment.
1. Is what I am posting supported by facts?
2. What is my image of a perfect world and is what I am posting an example of that world?
3. Is what I am posting going to bring the world closer together or will it drive us further apart?
@ryangrim What is your opinion on the new FIRM Act that is going through the Senate. Do you think it will provide the same level of protections for average consumers as it does for fintech and crypto?
