🎮 PSA: FPS is often used to gauge a game's runtime performance, but can be a completely misleading metric!
This ancient, but ever relevant, article by Robert Dunlop is still a must read!

Interesting to see how different platforms count 'views'.
YouTube: 1.2M views with 73K Likes
Twitter: 28M views with 42K Likes
Twitter/X describes a view as: "Times a post was seen" which technically is the same definition as an impression.
YouTube counts a view only after a certain amount of the video has been watched. (3 to 30 seconds, nobody knows for sure)
The engagement on a post (the likes/retweets) are probably a more accurate indicator of actual reach than views in this situation.
For kicks and giggles I included a screenshot of one of my videos where YouTube displays both impressions AND views - Views end up being about 10% of impressions.
So if Twitter/X counted views the same way as YouTube the 28 million impressions would probably turn into 3M views. Which is still very impressive. But 'views' across platforms are definitely not counted the same way and can't be compared straight across.
10% of the population of the USA did not watch @MKBHDs Pixel 8 Software updates video on Twitter/X. Probably.
@bearkun @vyzuaI Sliggy said something very similar to what HYPOC said, I think that's what vyzual meant. And if not, they're just spreading misinformation.
@ValCoach_co Maybe add something on this about how frequently you should be lurking. Many players also make the mistake of lurking (close to) every round. They don't realise that having lurked in a previous round already puts pressure on the enemies in the coming rounds.
@Tanizhq I'd agree that the Americas mid-table teams (so around 4th like 100T/NRG in my mind) looked better than the EMEA counterparts (like KOI/VIT in my mind). But a big part of that is that there's an existing core on those Americas rosters and EMEA shuffled around a lot. 1/2
