However, it is imperative to consider alternatives and possibly involve the private sector as you have implied.

@BDR_Photography It is a flower of Passion Fruit, I love the fruit and used to consume a lot when I was a kid. A couple of months ago I noticed this amazing flower on a fence and I am surprised to learn it is a flower of a passion fruit. Brought one home and kept a record on my phone 😊
