In de jaren zestig had de 'gemeenschap' of noem het de overheid als je wil, nog een heel groot aandeel in de 'strategische sectoren'. Het was een oneindig veel aangenamer wereld dan het hellhole van vandaag. Ge moest bvb Belg zijn om bij de gemeente te werken. Bij de vuilkar, aan de straat, facteur, RTT, intercommunales, noem maar op. Nu ziet ge overal niks meer dan vreemde luizen.
