@JioCare@trai This is completely unacceptable. My issue is still NOT resolved, yet my service request has been closed 4 times without my consent. Closing complaints without fixing the problem is misleading and highly unprofessional. #JioFiber#CustomerService
@JioCare You have to refund as you have not provided the service @JioCare . I will move to consumer forum if my issues are not resolved and amount is not refunded. @jagograhakjago It's almost 10 times I have complained, and my problem is not solved.

@JioCare Your technician came, temporary resolved the issue. I have requested a new router as the network coverage is very poor but he refused to do so. Further I want extention of 2 month extension as my internet is not working properly since 2 month.

@JioCare I have already told engineer that the the problem is repeating again and again. The network get disconnected every hour. They close the complaint without solving it.
