@AirCanadaVac @AirCanada I have also DM both @AirCanada and @AirCanadaVac since yesterday but haven't got a response yet. This is Air Canada. Cancelled and modified my flight so I have to cancel my entire trip and made me jump through hoops to even request a refund. Closed to 40 hrs of wasted efforts!

@AirCanada @AirCanadaVac Have an issue with one of my booking where they change my flight time 3 days before trip starts with Air Canada Vacations and tried to call Customer Service. Been on hold for 1 hr 44 mins and counting without able to talk to anyone at all. #AirCanadaFails

@AirCanadaVac @AirCanada I woke up at 6am to call @AirCanadaVac. Got through to reservations and the CS rep advised I need to get a hold of "schedule" department. Transferred me and been on hold again. Knowing the call volume has been high and yet CS rep still chose to just transfer. Horrible service!

@AirCanadaVac woke up at 6am to call their @AirCanadaVac and finally got through. The guy said I got "reservation" dept which cannot process full refund. He gave me number for "schedule" dept and transferred me. Been on hold for 45 mins since (and counting)

I will never use @AirCanadaVac again! Booked a trip on Nov 27th for Jan 12-15th 2020. On Jan 9th, I got email from them that they reschedule my return flight which ruined my trip so I have to cancel. Been getting the run around and on hold music for last 60 hours.
