Let’s just stop for a second to shout out Atlanta Dream Coach, Karl Smesko.

When the Atlanta Dream acquired Angel Reese, Coach told her that he wanted her to add a 3pt shot to her game.

This was something that she had never been asked to do. Prior to every game this season, Coach Smesko worked with Angel on her 3pt shooting. Then he encouraged her to start shooting 3’s in games.

Angel started shooting 3’s in games. Haters laughed. She was awful. 12% before the All-Star break.

Coach Smesko kept working. Angel kept shooting. 25% after the All-Star break.

Coach kept working. Angel is now on the biggest stage shooting 33% from 3Pt range in the Playoffs. Angel plans to work with Coach Smesko through the entire off-season.

Don’t be surprised if we look up next year, and she is shooting 35-40% from 3pt range for the year!

A friend of mine recently got into the veganism cult.

I'm totally cool with adults doing what's best for them.

If you're happy being a vegan, go be a vegan; that affects me 0%.

The problem I have is when you start sending me articles on why it's evil for me to eat meat.......

I kindly messaged him this:

"______ , I admire that you're passionate about animals. We don't agree on it & we don't need to.
I'm equally as passionate about FOSTER & ADOPTION. I believe no child should grow up without loving, encouraging, supportive parents & safe home. It's why my wife & I fostered 7 children & adopted.

So here's the deal, when you foster & adopt 5/6 children I'll listen to what you have to say on veganism. Until then I'll eat my steak in peace. God bless."
