@bryan_johnson I think in your "don't die" strategy you are mistaken that one can also be "too healthy". Not only "healthy" and "unhealthy" exist. In a similar way as a sterile environment might result in autoimmune disorders, a too healthy diet might not be healthy.

When it comes to non-native plants: sometimes I spot only 1. Other times I spot about 4, 10, 20 or perhaps even a 100. If non-native plants would outcompete native plants it should always be 100. I have spotted original species such as reed and stinging nettle also around a 100.
