@JetBlue . I fly 60+ times/year. Booked my 1st flight on JB in over a decade. My reward? My direct flt from PHX - FLL cancelled and rebooked me on a connecting flight via Boston. This forced me to rent a hotel and all I ask for is a small seat upgrade to be told no by supervisor.
