@Sephora I think the new return policy needs to be re-evaluated. I am a loyal costumer of Sephora and don’t think it’s fair that we can’t exchange items without a receipt. I received my item as a gift without a gift receipt. Haven’t you ever receive a gift you wanted to exchange?
