Mogane, the late Mabena and Giny had nothing tangible to continue detaining Ntanzi, they could not use Nongoma CAS 163 in Vosloorus, so they pin him on a drug charge CAS 271/6/2020, the same case of Muzi Sibiya which he is now convicted.

This to date there's no evidence of Ntanzi ever dealing in drugs. When Mogane was talking about drug case you see Ntanzi laughing 😅

It's so said what these COPS did here, Ntanzi's rights were violated. Mogane also lied and said he had the Nongoma Docket but today it was revealed they did not, perhaps he had copies only so he can come and twist that one.
