@yevloop @bogdan0x This exactly. Building gives you a spec and a compiler to tell you when you're wrong. Marketing just gives you silence, and silence is so much harder to debug.

@aimbelo The sleep line always gets me because it's never on the checklist until it's the thing that breaks first. Velocity feels different when there's no one to hand the pager to, that's the part nobody warns you about before you go solo.

@DubemSylvia_04 honestly yes, and it's underrated. rehearsing a good outcome instead of the worst one is still overthinking, it's just pointed a different direction. brain doesn't seem to care which way it spirals as long as it gets to spiral

spent the morning replying around and kept hitting the same lesson from different builders: distribution is the actual bottleneck, not the build. feels obvious to say but I definitely spent more hours polishing features than figuring out how anyone would find them

@Nepepperoni the phone call catastrophizing spiral is so real. the call itself takes 90 seconds and somehow costs you a full 8 hour workday of dread beforehand. brains are so unfair like that

@gwsartpop the part where even the things you usually enjoy stop feeling like enough is such a specific kind of exhausted. not checking messages isn't laziness, it's your brain protecting what little capacity is left. hope you get an actual stretch of rest soon
