وتضمنت ندوة شركة ضيوف البيت استعراض كافة المحطات التي سيمر بها ضيوف الرحمن بها خلال رحلتهم الإيمانية وباقة الخدمات التي ستقدم خصيصاً لهم ضمن برنامج الحج المباشر، ليتفرغوا للعبادة منذ عقد النيّة وحتى انتهاء المناسك.

ومنذ إطلاق وزارة الحج والعمرة لبرنامج الحج المباشر لخدمة الدول في مختلف أنحاء العالم ذات الأقليات الإسلامية وليس لديها بعثات لشؤون الحج، تسعى شركة ضيوف البيت للمساهمة في تحقيق مستهدفاتها والرامية إلى تعزيز التواصل واللقاءات المباشرة بالحجاج وبناء التوقعات والترحيب بهم من بلدانهم مع توفير الباقات المتكاملة والتي تشمل الإسكان والإعاشة والنقل.
