2/2 Flight was cancelled, and I am still trying to get a refund. @airfrance #airfrance, I wish you never to feel how it is moving from one host place to another and starting a new life from zero.

5 months ago I have paid my money for a flight, which @airfrance (@AirFranceFR @AirFranceKLM ) canceled the next day. Requested refund. It is the 5th month I am pushing you and suggesting different ways to solve a problem (why am I doing your job?). @AnneRigail, please comment.

1/2 10th day no reply from @airfrance #airfrance. I didn't want to act from the position of victim, but in this situation I am a victim. I am Ukrainian refugee, who was trying escape from Russia by airfrance flight in the end of February.

EU regulation 261 is not about @airfrance #airfrance.
They got money, canceled the flight, and told that are not going to refund. For now, they stopped answering me in messenger. #fraud
That is not, how the civil World and Europa should look.

@xanna Dear Xanna, I totally agree with You!
I had my @airfrance #airfrance flight canceled and it is the 5th month I am trying to get a refund. For now, they are answering that they are not going to give my money back. That is a #fraud. Something needs to be done with them.

@JasMaxgin Hi, Jas. I am in the same situation. @airfrance have cancelled my flight in the beginning of March, and in messenger are telling that they are not going to refund my money. That's a fraud. #refund #airfrance

[Yehor Kosiachkin @YehKos1]

Dear @AdinaValean and @Transport_EU , could you, please, guide me with the steps of getting refund from @airfrance #airfrance? The flight was cancelled, refund claim is accepted, airline decline refunding.

4th day no reply here from @airfrance #airfrance. 5 months ago you got my money, didn't provide a service, and declined to refund. The definition of the word 'fraud', from Oxford Languages, completely matches the situation. @AnneRigail, @air_caron, @VillarCath, please, comment.

3rd day of silence here from @airfrance, #airfrance @AirFranceFR, @AirFranceKLM, @AnneRigail after 5 months of proceedings on the refunds

[Yehor Kosiachkin @YehKos1]

I am wondering, why I didn't get any reply from @airfrance #airfrance @AirFranceFR @AirFranceKLM @AnneRigail . The situation is critical. In this case let me show, how "easy" to contact them in messenger.

@TwitterSupport, could I kindly ask your advice? I am new on Twitter and did my first tweet, however, I do not see it in the search results. What might be the reasons?
