@latillatill @airfrance @AnneRigail And yet I still continue to be bombarded with sales emails from @airfrance I will walk to France before I ever fly with them again. Saw today they are pushing their new menu they are releasing in October. At this rate, they won't have passengers to feed.

#airfrance Could be the worst airline. Still waiting on refund of flight from April. It's July. Phone number is always busy or finally connects, on hold for hours then disconnects. Not even the courtesy of a reply to emails. Online claim tracking is worthless. Horrible.

@ItsSCT I quite like it because the plane is on the ground so they're not screwing customers out of their bags or creating need for refunds that they have no intention of paying. Best place for @airfrance planes to be right now is on the ground until they get their house in order.
