The 2.5 SPA in the contract came in *before* appraisal and when mandatory training was a fire lecture and CPR once every three years! Not much causes me more misery than the second image.

Productivity has dropped in hospitals & increased in general practice. Number of consultants up by 48% & GPs down 5.5%. Anyway you look at it hosps are the problem.
