The top story on Radio Wales Breakfast this morning is the leaked memo showing Labour's attack on Scottish & Welsh devolution. Radio Scotland Breakfast has thus far completely ignored the story. Martin Geissler and Laura Maciver should be embarrassed by this crude censorship.
