खेल सकिएपछि खेलाडीले के भने र कसरी खुसी मनाए भनेर हेर्न सामाजिक संजालमा खोज्नुपर्छ । फिफाले विश्वभर दिने फिड नेपालमा पनि पक्कै दिन्छ । अझ यसपटक त प्राइम टिभीले सिधै फिफाबाट अधिकार खरिद गरेको छ, त्यसपछि मात्र अरु संस्थासम्म खरिद/विक्री गरिएको हो ।

Sabitra Bhandari, Captain of Nepali National Football Team posts an update about her injury and details about troublesome period that has led to postponement of her surgery, all due to @theanfaofficial's incompetence. She writes: "Hello, I am Sabitra Bhandari, yours 'Samba' I have been out of action for the past 7 weeks due to injury. If things went as expected, I would have undergone surgery and started physiotherapy. But I am still wandering around for treatment. I have sustained serious injury to both MCL and the graft of ACL that was previously surgically inserted into my knee. For this, I am in a situation where I need to undergo a complicated surgery again. Last time, ANFA leadership provided complete management and support for my treatment. At that time, I had no problems financially or mentally, so I was able to return to the field on time. But this time, the ANFA leadership promised me support at the start but did not commit to their promise. Although the surgery date was set at the club's initiative for 3 weeks after the injury, ANFA said that it would try its best. We had to withdraw that date and wait for ANFA. However, ANFA did not proceed with the process as expected. Despite my repeated attempts, it was difficult to contact them. Last week, ANFA President himself informed that ANFA would not be able to provide administrative support for my treatment. He said that he would provide cash assistance of up to 500,000 and to carry out other procedures on my own. Firstly, the procedure I had previously started was stopped, and on the other hand, I have to try again for the surgery date after about 2 months. In the meantime, the club is telling me that they are ready to treat me at a local hospital in New Zealand. But since my injury is serious and the treatment I received at the Aspetar in Qatar was of a excellent standard last time, I want to get treated at the same hospital again. The club will release the amount received from the insurance for me. But since the amount will not be enough for my surgery and 7-8 months of rehabilitation, I have come to ask for help from the supporters. The initial estimated cost for the surgery and rehabilitation will be 80 thousand US dollars. Since I am abroad, efforts have been made on my behalf to the government too. But since the government process has not progressed as expected, I am not in a position to wait for them without proceeding for surgery. I have always faced difficulties in my career, and I have overcome them with courage every time. This time, I need your help to rise again. This has been the hardest fight of my career for me. I never thought this would happen. Even after ANFA, whom I considered my guardian, backed down, I feel the supporters will help me. I was disappointed to hear the argument within ANFA that I got injured while playing for the club. But I have always given 100 percent for the country and I am ready to play for the country in the coming days. Whether it is Israel or France, I have always felt that I have carried the name of Nepal. Such a heartbreaking scene here at @theanfaofficial premises this. After ANFA’s decision to postpone the A Division League for further 13 months (currently on 879 days since last held), the players reached ANFA demanding resumption of league. They were not allowed to enter the Complex as they locked the gate. The players staged protest on the street. They ended the program by handing over the medals they won in their playing career at the gate. Tough to see players having to come to streets for basic rights. Hopefully @FIFAcom @theafcdotcom @FIFPRO see this.
