Hamilton has just introduced two 38mm Khaki Field Murph references with “Stardust” blue dials that bring the watch’s Interstellar origins back into focus.

This addition makes for the third dial color variant, in addition to black and white, for the field watch that gained notoriety when it played a seminal part in Christopher Nolan’s beloved 2014 sci-fi drama.
The new dial leans into that connection with inspiration drawn from the journey of an interstellar comet. Its luminous blue center gradually fades to black around the edges while a pronounced grained texture adds another layer of visual depth. The cathedral hands, domed Arabic numerals, and strong legibility retain the familiar character that has helped make the Murph an everyday alternative to the more military-inspired side of the Khaki Field collection.
The 38mm stainless steel case measures 11.1mm thick and is topped by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. Hamilton’s H-10 automatic movement provides an 80-hour power reserve while 100 meters of water resistance adds plenty of everyday capability. The new Murph can be paired with either a three-link stainless steel bracelet or a black leather strap with white contrast stitching.
