Congratulations to my awesome team!🎉 The soluble insulin receptor increases in plasma and exosomes of patients with HIV. Also, GFAP+ exosomes increase in the plasma with HIV infection but decrease in cognitive impaired patients, and correlate with ROS-containing exosomes.
