my berserkir is not just inspired by but directly relates to norse myth/folklore though, not sure about yours. She is a demi-goddess who fights for her life and lives for the fight.

I have always been fascinated by mythology and folklore and that carries into my little setting I have been developing which is vaguely current times but with active and powerful gods/demigods of chaos or nature or the oceans or whatever domain and the occasional mortal who may yet achieve apotheosis. Is furry, kinda horny but not exclusively horny. got up to ~16 characters now with art i commissioned and still making more lol

It is my understanding that Chernobyl happened because of lax standards/regulations and incompetence with the construction largely due in part to the soviet design philosophy whereas the increased emphasis on safety since in design and maintenance decreases the severity of such an event if failure were to occur again. While not a perfect analogy I liken it to cooking with fire, if you only have a handful of braincells to rub together you'll end up with burnt food and burning down your apartment or half the forest. The key variable in whether a positive result or a bad result is likely is how much faith I have in whoever is in charge. I generally believe such people where I live are competent, perhaps you believe otherwise and that is where we disagree.

Smite was made in UE3, Smite 2 in UE5. It is my understanding that everything outside of concepts had to be redone entirely in Smite 2. Cross-Gen stuff was modeled twice, once for each engine, which is why they are in smite 2 already whereas the classic Hunkules skin, for example, has yet to be modeled for UE5, if it ever will be that is.

it's just the decline of the American empire. Trump either does not want or can't afford to have all these vassals and wants to end the hegemony on his own terms. At least that is my understanding.

maybe Canada can make something of themselves now.

Or maybe they will continue to have no identity as they get assimilated by India or China, who can say. I kinda hope they figure something out
