The money is not being given by Trump nor American taxpayers. Gulf nations want a stable and de-radicalized Iran and are willing to invest in that, this makes clear we are not going to prevent it as long as they behave.

Have you actually driven in one with FSD 14.3 for more than an hour? People are doing hundreds of miles with 0 interventions, sleeping at the wheel, and texting/working. Liability is not relevant to the tech being there. Rivian will not catch up anytime soon although I hope they do.
