@D3Vancouvers@_erasedmysocial@linusgsebastian@Uber This is why more Tesla drivers need to use FSD. It’s all I use for my rides and I frequently get told that it was “the smoothest Uber ride they’ve ever been in”. Too bad more drivers don’t use it.
All the parking stuff is so minor to takeover for tbh. What makes FSD worth it is the actual driving that it does. Standard keeps up with traffic well without speeding too much and it’s way more perceptive/reactive to things than I am, often avoiding or planning for things before I even see them.
I tried going back to regular Autopilot after my sub ended and I couldn’t even last a day. Lane keeping + TACC is just not comparable at all. Road trips make this even more apparent because as you get tired FSD has your back, watching for things and keeping you safe. Lane keeping + TACC do not.
Just last week someone posted their Model Y avoiding a dead deer at 70 mph in the left lane at night that was impossible to see. FSD safely avoided it while lane keeping + TACC would’ve smashed right into it. It’s just not even comparable.
Israel targeting senior U.S. officials cannot be accepted by our government.
This is not standard practice, especially considering the fact that Israel survives on our defense funding & diplomatic top cover.
Until we actually take away the support we give Israel they will keep playing us as fools.
It’s not that they’re weak, just that they have no active cooling so your phone quickly heats up and stops wireless charging or throttles it severely.
But you can get the wireless charger from the YL and it fits right in the new Model Y’s over here. It has active cooling so charge speeds stay fast.
The retrofit worked, no issues. First Model Y with a cooled wireless charger! No QI2/faster charging on the iPhone but it does not boil the phone even when it is 30 degrees outside.
The fan kicks in, it is not audible especially with the air conditioning and seat cooling. The coding can't be done with Toolbox (no clue why, it is greyed out...) but it can be done since it is not a secure parameter (for now, they can change this if we end up buying all their YL charger inventory)
Well worth it, when YL parts availability improves a bit it'll be a no brainer. I think they'll start fitting those chargers in the factory soon.
I'll take a look at the Highland next, if the OEM charger has the same PN as the Y it should fit. The trim is different and I'd need to take out the center console to fit it but it worth it.
Yup, that’s what I ended up doing with Claude after the dynamic workflow fail and it finished the task I gave it in 45 minutes.
Codex is great with multiple agents too, but in Codex app it fails to spawn more once 6 agents are active. Can get around it by telling it to use codex exec to spin up agents in the background, but it’s not as elegant as having subagents do it.
Same exact thing happened when I tried it. I even had Codex create the prompt for the workflow so it was highly detailed and explicit in what I wanted done.
The dynamic workflow ran for over 8 hours doing absolutely nothing but going in circles. Wasted 40% of my weekly usage Thankfully it was before the usage reset but man, it was bad.
@daniel_mac8 Made a Codex skill for dynamic workflows and it’s actually been working really well for me compared to using them with Claude: https://t.co/m7Vq4cGhEl
@rlloken Oh wow, I had no idea. Unsupervised can’t get here soon enough then. I’d have to say I agree with your wife then and hold off until the end of the year since unsupervised is supposedly coming to customer cars in Q4.
@ninjamattic@TeslaTim2@Tesla As someone who has both a HW3 car on 12.6.4 and a HW4 on 14.3.3, they are honestly worlds apart. 14.3.3 has been amazing for me. Really hoping V14 lite will bring similar performance for HW3 when that releases this month.
You just said you're voting for Paxton again... right after saying you're not voting for anyone that isn't anti-data center, which he is not.
Why not vote for someone better? I have no allegiance to any senator, so I'm just curious why you have so much for Paxton of all people. Asking this genuinely btw, no hostility here.
@YngMobileGlobal@DoctorJack16 Yup, only the swipe up/down to show other cards like range and things was added in the Spring update. The regular swipe right to see trips/tire pressure has been there since 2020 as you said.
