Dan is a doting, hands-on father and a loving husband. His children were born in Australia, his wife is Australian and Dan has been a proud Australian citizen since 2012.

He loves this country - and has since he moved here back in 2002.

Dan’s never been in trouble before or committed any crimes. He pays his taxes, and he declared his earnings to the ATO back when he worked for TFASA.

He has NOT been charged with any crimes here in Australia. He has broken no laws here in Australia. Yet he has been abandoned by his government, who have left him imprisoned with no legal aid and approved his extradition to another foreign country.

Due to Australia’s extradition laws which were created back in the 1980’s, the allegations against Dan Duggan will never be tested in an Australian court.

He could be sent to the United States to face prosecution on charges like money laundering – of wages that he paid tax on and were deposited into his Australian bank account.

The Attorney-General and Australian government could put an end to this, protect an Aussie citizen. Instead Dan has to fight them in court.

The Duggans miss each other. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY

Over 38 months incarcerated, over 19 months in solitary confinement.

A father, a wife, six children.

Dan broke no Australian law. He completed a short work contract, along with many other pilots from all around the world, all who are free, and yet here Dan is – an Australian citizen being held in an Australian maximum security prison at the behest of the United States.

The allegations against him are political and do not stand up to scrutiny.
