Today’s battle:
Onboarded new members to the team for creatives (strategy + editing). Designed new email flows to have a strong repeat customers rate
Current villain:
Sales dropped 30% yesterday after a stronger day before. Profitability tanked too. Got humbled.
The punch in the face:
Split test looked promising. Not anymore. AOV down too. Classic rollercoaster.
The lesson:
Keep testing new offers. Optimize ad account again. Patterns need to be recognized.
Next move:
Keep testing new angles, watch what holds over multiple days, and figure out what actually moved AOV/CVR temporarily
