@virginmedia a question. I've been referred by a friend, so I have received an email about it. If I call the team to go ahead with a broadband deal, does the referral applies when i call or do I have to place the order via the link on the email/online?

@SkyUK It's been exactly 7 days since our new 300 broadband and the start of this nightmare. Not even with 75mbps, we had this issue.

It's making writing my dissertation and working from home a nightmare.
