Meriel practises Trauma Centre, Trauma Sensitive Yoga as a multidisciplinary therapeutic intervention for people who have experienced chronic trauma. On June 7th, Meriel will be speaking about the neurobiology of healing from chronic trauma.

Dr. Khalsa has been a researcher of yoga and yoga therapy since 2001 and a practitioner/instructor of Kundalini Yoga since 1973. His research has evaluated the effects of yoga and meditation on insomnia, depression, chronic stress and other anxiety-related disorders.
