Hope people understand when she says they turned off her power wheelchair what that means is a switch at the back and bottom - completely beyond reach of wheelchair user - was turned off. So they effectively hog-tied her.

@YorkDisability They automatically revoke a license, if you surrender it for medical conditions. Now you'll need to get it assessed by the spinal consultant, and contact DVLA medical team, and arrange to get tested, at a driver mobility centre, if all ok, fill out he D1 form for license.
