Andy Burnham's 8 new laws and rules in his first 8 weeks as PM:

1) Electricity VAT axed to cut bills by only £45 per year

2) Bus fare capped at £2, lifechanging for all Brits

3) State pension income tax exemption

4) 20% cut in hospitality business rates, still not enacted

5) Income tax revenue sharing for regional mayors

6) A tourist tax on family staycations in the UK

7) National Economic Council out of No10 North made up of regional mayors.

8) A taxpayer-funded National Care Service in addition to an already overfunded NHS.

This is a PM obsessed with devolution and already nailed to fail.

He will never focus on the bigger issues facing Britain.
