Uno what I found jokes about working in a nursing home? All them lot that had neurodegenerative diseases like dementia, all forgot how to walk, eat,use the toilet, even they’re own family and friends! But guess what they could remember? Racial slurs!

I now find it difficult to eat & watch TV simultaneously! Once you start living I the present and avoid distractions, things can become so much more enjoyable. Can you imagine for the 1st time ever, I could feel the saliva being secreted as I looked at my meal
