And people who want PMs to survive in some way should care more about these things, and I do not like markets that are inherently rigged.

@hecubian_devil Even if for people who do cook, learning vegan cooking is still a significant non-monetary switching cost. Most "vegan version of X" dishes are underwhelming, and you have to learn new tricks to make dishes tasty and non-monotonous. So people reach for prepared food as a solution
